MEMBERSHIP YEAR: 1 February to 31 January

Renewals

Membership can be renewed from 1st January and subscriptions are due on the 1st February each year.
Membership renewal emails or letters are sent out at the beginning of January.

As from 1 March, non-renewed members will be deemed to have lapsed
and will be unable to participate in group activities or events.
As from 31 March, lapsed members will be deemed to have resigned.

Lapsed/resigned members are more than welcome to rejoin at any time.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer can we ask you to allow Sidmouth u3a to claim Gift Aid on your subscription.
Every £1 of your subscription is worth and additional £0.25 to us and at no cost to you.
This is one way to help keep your membership fees down.

OPTION 1
Online Renewal

To renew and pay online, you will need to have registered for the Members Portal.

OPTION 2
Print & Submit a Renewal Form

Print off and complete
the Membership Renewal Form
and make payment, preferably by BACS.

Cheques are accepted. Sorry, no cash.

Send your completed form to the Membership Secretary at the address on the form.
