All u3a members can join in with a wide range of online talks, workshops and courses completely free with their membership!
Interest Groups Online

Interest Groups Online is an online u3a community that gives you the opportunity to join groups, talks and courses from the comfort of your home.
In the same way as a u3a, the activities are run by members and are a great way to meet people from all across the u3a movement.
u3a Radio Podcast
Free of Charge
The u3a radio podcast, set up in 2020, showcases the amazing things happening across the movement.
It’s created by a team of u3a members who all have radio experience and features interviews with members, interest group leaders, Trustees, national volunteers and Subject Advisers.
Workshops
Generally Free of Charge
The Third Age Trust has developed workshops in partnership with u3a members to provide support, information and advice for all u3a members. The workshops are delivered online using Zoom by Trust volunteers who bring their experience as Trustees, u3a Chairs and Committee members.
All u3a members are welcome to attend these workshops which are informal and informative and provide a great opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and share best practice with u3a members across the UK. u3a Week

u3a Week is an annual event to showcase the activity, learning and fun which takes place across the movement every day. It is a celebration of positive ageing, highlighting our members' lived experience.
