Sidmouth u3a has over 600 members and membership is open to anyone who is no longer in full-time employment.
We offer a wide range of activities and social events.
With more than 60 active interest groups – from Amblers to Yoga – there is sure to be something for everyone.
If you are a UK taxpayer can we ask you to allow Sidmouth u3a to claim Gift Aid on your subscription.
Every £1 of your subscription is worth an extra £0.25 to us and at no cost to you.
This is one way to help keep your membership fees down.
The membership subscription fee of Sidmouth u3a is £12 for Full members and £8.50 for Associate members (with reduced part-year subscription fees as set out below) and Gift Aid will be claimed on these amounts. This fee secures membership of Sidmouth u3a only and does not secure rights to personal use of any facilities or services provided by Sidmouth u3a.

THE OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Printed Newsletter
A free email newsletter is sent out to members up to 10 times each membership year.
However, if you wish to have a printed newsletter delivered to you home there is a flat rate charge of £10 per membership year, or part thereof.
u3a Matters magazine (TAM)
The national u3a produce the u3a matters magazine, which is published five times a year - in February, April, June, September and November - and posted direct to members’ homes in an environmentally friendly paper wrapper.
It is packed with stories about members and u3a activities, plus celebrity interviews and features on
technology, recipes,travel, competitions, and a lively and popular letters section.
Please note: the magazine is produced and managed by The Third Age Trust (TATT)
and we have no control over its distribution. The distribution list is only updated every 3 months so,
depending on when you join, you may not receive your first copy for up several months.
