The group meets monthly on the 4th Monday of the month. We are currently full but you can join the waiting list.

These are ‘hands on’ sessions, aimed at making the most of a garden glut or seasonal foraged ingredients. A range of preserving techniques will be explored including chutneys, jam, etc.

Members take it in turn to host sessions.
